This Privacy Policy describes how AS3 and our subsidiaries in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway process your personal data when you use our services, websites and applications or engage in collaboration with us.
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Exception:
Employees of AS3 and individuals receiving counselling in AS3 programmes receive information about the processing of personal data separately.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
We process personal data depending on our relationship with you:
Customers and business partners:
Name, contact details, job title, company, payment information and correspondence.
Job applicants:
Name, contact details, CV, application, test results (if relevant), educational documents and other information you choose to share.
Participants in programmes via insurance and pension schemes:
Name, contact details and information related to your programme, including data concerning health, well-being and work ability, to the extent necessary to deliver the agreed service.
MARKETING
We only send marketing material where you have given consent pursuant to GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED DATA
When using our websites and digital solutions, we automatically collect:
- User behaviour
- Operating system
- Browser type
The processing is based on our legitimate interests pursuant to GDPR Article 6(1)(f), and the data is anonymised.

- Job applicants: 6 months
- Customers and suppliers: up to 5 years
- Participants: as required under agreements and legislation
- Marketing: until consent is withdrawn

Personal data is only disclosed where necessary and based on a lawful basis.
